These terms govern your use of DualPane, an Excel add-in developed by Polsia, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using DualPane, you agree to these terms.
When you purchase DualPane, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the software on any computer where you have a valid Microsoft Excel installation.
DualPane is a one-time purchase of $9.99 (USD). There are no recurring fees, no subscription, and no hidden charges. This price includes all future updates to DualPane.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If DualPane doesn't work for you, email dualpane@polsia.app within 7 days and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion.
DualPane is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that DualPane will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every Excel version or operating system configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Polsia, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or in connection with your use of DualPane.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of DualPane shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software ($9.99).
DualPane, its code, design, and documentation are owned by Polsia, Inc. Your purchase grants a license to use the software, not ownership of the intellectual property.
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using DualPane and delete all copies.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of DualPane after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
