How do I install the add-in?
After purchase, you'll receive a download link via email. Open Excel, go to File → Options → Add-ins, click Manage: COM Add-ins → Go, then click Browse and select the DualPane file. Restart Excel and you're ready to go. Detailed instructions are included in the download.
Does DualPane work on Mac or Excel for the Web?
DualPane currently supports Excel for Windows (Microsoft 365, Office 2019, and Office 2021). Mac and Excel for the Web support are on our roadmap. Sign up on our homepage to get notified when they're available.
How do I get a refund?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If DualPane doesn't work for you, email dualpane@polsia.app within 7 days of purchase with your order email and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Is my data secure?
Yes. DualPane runs entirely within Excel. Your workbook data is never sent to our servers or any third party. Everything stays local on your machine. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
I purchased DualPane but didn't receive my download. What do I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, email dualpane@polsia.app with the email address you used for purchase and we'll resend the download link right away.
